Mark Todd, MP for South Derbyshire

I have been Member of Parliament for South Derbyshire since the General Election of May 1, 1997. In that time I have been contacted by more than 15,000 households (around one in four of those in the area) On many occasions my assistance has resulted in progress and I am always glad to hear constituents' views on the issues of the day. This website provides information on my work, both in and on behalf of the constituency.

April 29 - Mark invites children to dinner
Mark is staging another school dinners' event at Newhall Junior Community School on May 16.

The after-school event is aimed at encouraging parents and their children to opt for school lunches which comply with high nutritional standards. Mark was involved in a similar event at Hilton Primary School earlier this year. Around 50 people attended and the feedback was positive.

Derbyshire County Council's catering team will provide information about school meals and there will be an opportunity to taste some of the menu.

Pupils from Newhall Junior School and neighbouring schools are being invited to the event which is also an opportunity to ask Mark about any issues in the constituency.

Promoted by Ray Collins, General Secretary, the Labour Party,on behalf of the Labour Party, both at 39 Victoria Street, London, SW1H 0HA.
Hosted by Tangent Labs, 32-42 East Road, London, N1  6AD, England, UK
